Jova Rachel Joseph
Jova has joined the CCL Child Protection team as a Social Worker. She is handling the responsibilities like:
- Managing and supporting the psycho-social activities for children and their families in the Juvenile Justice System
- Assistance for the Capacity Building Sessions
She has completed her Under Graduation (B.Com) at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and PG (MA in Social Work – Mental Health) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS-BALAM), Chennai. Also she is pursuing a online Certificate Course on “Child Protection: Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice” from Harvard.
She has professional experience as a Coordinator at Community Development at Hope for Children Foundation Pune; Counsellor and Case Manager at Sharansthan Charitable Society, Nagpur; CSR Research at Diya Ghar and Bangalore; Recycled lives, Bangalore.
Also she has Internship Experience at Ekjut, Chakradharpur and The Banyan.
